We will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.6 We reserve the right to conduct periodic checks on accounts for compliance with these Terms. Participation in any game or promotion constitutes confirmation that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements at that time.
5.1 jago33 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. You agree to submit all requested KYC documentation promptly when requested.
5.2 KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the life of your account. We recommend completing KYC verification shortly after account creation to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt by jago33's payment processing system. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
6.4 You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your jago33 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
6.5 jago33 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which jago33 accepts no responsibility.
6.6 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for jago33's operational expenses. Your real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to applicable KYC verification and these Terms.
6.7 jago33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100.000 per transaction.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. jago33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.5 jago33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily withheld. We will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the Player where operationally possible.
7.6 Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8 before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
7.7 jago33 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Fees associated with interbank transfers at the receiving bank's end are the Player's responsibility.

11.1 All content on the jago33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jago33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and related laws.

14.1 jago33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:
14.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to pending KYC requirements.
14.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jago33 reserves the right to retain the entire account balance, including real-money funds, as liquidated damages for the breach. jago33 will communicate the specific reason for account closure to the Player where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.
